Washington Latin is a Tier One network of schools serving students from all over Washington, DC (all 8 wards). We are known for top academic results, excellent teaching, a diverse student body, and warm community. Our mission is to offer an excellent liberal arts, classical education that is accessible to students across DC. We help students develop good habits of mind and character, so that they can become lifelong learners who thrive within a diverse community and contribute to the public good as citizens and leaders. The Anna Julia Cooper Campus opened in 2022 and will serve grades 5-12 by 2028. In 23-24, we offer grades 5-8.

• Washington Latin has a very personal approach and makes sure that each student is known as a scholar and a person.
• We offer a broad curriculum that goes beyond math and English, including Latin, Civics, Geography, science, and the arts.
• Our faculty is experienced and stable, able to provide students with extra support or additional academic challenge, as needed.
